    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have a second statement that I am seeking. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Land and Natural Resources regarding the status of possession of land title deeds or lease certificates by public schools in Kenya. In the Statement, the chairperson should:- (a) Table a list of all public schools in Kenya indicating those that have land ownership documents for the land that the school occupies. (b) Explain the status of application by public schools for land ownership documents. (c) State whose responsibility it is to ensure that the public schools have land ownership documents and what action is being taken against those that fail to procure the same."
