    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Majority Leader for moving this Motion. As we support this Motion, I want to propose an amendment to it. The Motion states that a Motion of Adjournment will last for two hours. It goes further to state that each speaker should be allocated 15 minutes. Two hours is 120 minutes. If you minus 15 minutes for the Mover and the seconder, then you are remaining with only 90 minutes for the debate.
