Assuming that it goes through, some people want it reduced to 10 minutes. We cannot just vote on it. Therefore, you need somebody to second you and then we can debate the amendment. If it succeeds, it will be the end of the matter and if it fails, we go back to the original Motion. So, who is seconding you? Sen. Khaniri, I understand your amendment is seeking to delete 15 minutes and insert 10 minutes. Let us now get a seconder."
