    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I just want to spend a minute to also associate myself with the points raised by my Vice-Chairman, Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. First, I thank the Minister who has been in the Ministry for a short time for coming up with a very comprehensive Bill which encompasses all the other laws that govern tourism in this country. We thank the Minister for this and this country will remember him. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, I applaud the Bill because it will create a revolving fund for those who are involved in the development of tourism and tourism facilities in Kenya.
