    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. My point of order is double-prompt. First, under Standing Order No.90, just as Sen. (Dr.) Machage had raised earlier this afternoon, is Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale in order to discuss the conduct of the President without bringing a substantive Motion? Further to that, is he in order to mislead the public by using the Floor of this House to say that nothing has been done by the President and the Jubilee Government in the fight against corruption while we know that all the officers who were named in the report which the President tabled were asked and, indeed, they stepped aside, some of them have been prosecuted and others are going through investigations? Is he in order to mislead and misrepresent to the country using the hallowed ground of this Senate?"
