I do not think that we are going to curtail debate by saying that it is out of order to talk about past things because I do not think he has said anything outside the rules of debate. On Standing Order No. 90, I do not recall hearing Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale discussing the personal conduct of the President in any way. I think he is just stating his view about the fight on corruption, which he is entitled to do. If he crosses and discusses the personal conduct of the President or any other person who is included under Standing Order No. 90, I will stop him in his tracks but I do not think he crossed that line yet. Proceed."
