I am dwelling on this point passionately because we, Kenyans, want to see returns on what the President pronounces during the Joint Sitting of Parliament. This is the equivalent of the State of the Union Address by the President of the United States of America. I want to speak on behalf of those people who, during the President’s Address, were singled out on issues of corruption and they were marked to the Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission (EACC).
