    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am coming to that. My issue is directed at the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. However, the most important thing is that in about five days, the IEBC is supposed to start the process of voter registration countrywide and yet we are being told that they are not ready in terms of materials and resources. I expect this to be the first business of this House because elections are very important."
