One, I will not give any directive or guidance, but I will tell you that I am aware that the Chairman, IEBC appeared before the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. I am also aware that he will appear before another Committee of this House next week. What you should do, Hon. Wandayi, is to take your concerns to that particular Committee. I know the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs will be informed so that whenever there will be that kind of meeting, you will also be asked to make a presentation. Obviously, that is a matter of national importance. Therefore, I am sure it will be treated with a lot of interest by everybody. So, Hon. Wandayi, you probably will have to hold on your horses, but your point has been made. We will not open that for debate. In fact, I had not noticed that you were rising on a point of order. Otherwise, I would have given you a chance in a different manner."
