    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Procedural Motion but, even as I support it, I want to make some observations. A Private Member’s Bill is very serious. Generally, Bills are serious matters in this House. As we pass this Procedural Motion, it is important that we realise that it takes a lot of research for a Member to come up with a Bill. At the same time, as we agree on these timelines, it is important to also think about the quality of debate. I have realised at times that the 10 minutes might not be enough for Members who have done proper research on Bills. I like what you said earlier that depending on the nature of a Bill, at times the House may make some amendments to these resolutions. I support the Procedural Motion with those observations.
