    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to second this Motion on the limitation of debate on the Address by the President. I support this Motion because it has limited Members to contribute to the debate for five minutes. Usually, a Presidential Address has a lot of interest. Five minutes is good enough. Now that this is a Procedural Motion, I want to mention that I was disappointed yesterday. I was disappointed because the Members of CORD who were removed from the House Business Committee were removed un-procedurally.
