    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Procedural Motion. It is very important to adhere to the rules, namely, the Standing Orders and the Constitution of Kenya. I urge the leadership of this House that we should even reduce these minutes further. We are about 350 Members who represent constituencies. Our role here is to represent our people. It is sad to note that in a three months’ Session, a Member of the National Assembly has not been given an opportunity to represent his or her people. We are here to make sure that we are given an opportunity to represent our people. We should air our views and make sure that Kenyans have heard our voices.
