    "content": "There is no regulation on importation of equipment into this country. There is no regulation on who brings what equipment. Basically, businessmen source for the equipment which they bring. Many times, we have equipment lying in hospitals and in health facilities that cannot be used safely. It is actually sad that when you are using equipment in healthcare, the quality and correctness of the equipment is a life and death situation. So, safety is extremely important."
