    "content": "have come into office to look at the overall provision of health in the country, to work very hard. Even when you look at the structure and organisation, you find that in health centres where certain fees are charged, that money is deposited into a central account in the counties. It is so difficult for the money to be disbursed back for use by those facilities. That needs to be looked at very carefully and given priority so as to save our health sector. Otherwise, I support this Bill. It is a very important Bill and should allow promotion of professionalism and specialisation in a field that is very important to all of us and our health sector. With those few remarks, I support the Bill."
