    "content": "asked the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security:- (a) whether he is aware that a police dog from Gatundu Police Station killed one Lucy Wairimu Githuku as per the postmortem report conducted at Bishop Okoye Hospital; (b) whether he is also aware that the police dog in question tested positive for rabies as per the laboratory report of the Ministry of Livestock Development dated 28th July 2010; and, (c) when the Ministry will compensate the family of the deceased who was the sole breadwinner of the family."
