    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also rise to support this Motion. I do not want to lift the veil of Jubilee and know the reason why Sen. Murkomen has taken over from Sen. Keter, but I think Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo has valid reasons in what he is expressing. Be it as it is, I do not want to lift that veil because that is a matter for the Jubilee Coalition. However, Sen. Murkomen is a distinguished Senator in this House and has served as the Chairman of the Committee on Devolution and he has served us very well. He has also been the Chair of the Speaker’s Panel, a job that he did well also. I think that if he goes to the Committee on Energy, he is going to do a good job. We hope that he will bring for us concrete reasons on what the Ministry for Energy is doing in regard to the exploration of oil."
