    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand here on behalf of my able county; Tana River, which is one of the best in Kenya. The decision made by the Rules and Business Committee is a wise one and we have to respect it. In fact, we have faith in them. Sen. Murkomen is one of the Senators in the House who is able to perform. We have hope that he can do better when he works with the Cabinet Secretary for Energy. I concur with what Sen. Okong’o has said. He can do the best that can be done. So, let us forgive and forego. People are thinking that it is a party issue but I think Sen. Murkomen can do this job well and I support him."
