    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I apologize for the delay in payment of genuine contractors who have done a very good work for NWCPC. Unfortunately, as everybody is aware, there was a fire outbreak at the NWCPC, which razed down all the buildings and documents there and, thereafter, we were not exactly aware of who was the genuine creditor and who had not been paid. We invited some auditors and they are still verifying the documents against the work done. This work is going to be completed this month, after which M/s. Ismaj Garage will be paid."
