    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to thank Hon. Makali Mulu for presenting the issue of the braille. Those are issues that, at times, we take for granted. Those are people with special needs. Within our society, we find that there are people who are blind. They learn through braille system to translate and pass information. We also have those who are dumb and others with different kinds of special needs. This is the right time for the society to also consider them."
