The officers tendered evidence before the Committee that this acquisition was needless and un-demonstrated. The Judiciary lost Kshs.106,720,048.97 in that purchase. The Committee finds that Mr. Atak failed to provide professional leadership in acquiring cheaper and even better alternatives like cloud computing than a facility that has completely failed to achieve the stated objectives."
