    "content": "I want to thank the Committee for a job well done. The Committee conducted a lot of interrogations, got a lot of facts and as a result, we have made the 22 recommendations that have been read by the Chair. The Judiciary is one of the three arms of the Government that initially was poorly funded. Right now, it is in public domain that there are issues that we raised as a Committee that are being acted upon out there. As a House, we should recommend that there is an urgent need to do a surgical and radical clean-up of the Judiciary to clear the mess that is happening in that arm of the Government."
