Members, in order to proceed in a manner that is well-understood and structured, I gave guidance earlier on that we will, first of all, deal with the proposed amendments so that we know upfront, even as we continue to either support or oppose the Motion, whether we are moving with it as amended or in its original form as moved by the Chair of the Committee.
