    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to support these amendments. Being a Member of the Committee, I know it could cause some concerns why I am doing so. I am going to explain shortly and briefly. It should be observed that the PAC was reconstituted. I appreciate the work that has been done by the Committee, especially the leadership of the Committee. The Chair and the Vice-Chair who were not present when a lot of debate on this matter went on have done a commendable job in moving and seconding the Report."
