    "content": "On page 71, Gimco Limited who were the leasing agents, specifically said in paragraph three of their submissions that the company did not have an idea how the Judiciary identified the building for lease. They said they were approached by the Judiciary that was seeking to lease space on the 5th Floor measuring 3,600 Sq ft and parking space. A JSC officer by the name of Mr. Momanyi visited Gimco offices in this regard."
