    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Speaker. It is not fair for a Member of this Committee to mislead the House. It was the JSC which sanctioned the payment. They held a special meeting. It is in the Report. Therefore, it is not fair for a Member to mislead the House. For one reason or the other, he has either forgotten or he did not attend the meeting. He is coming up with his own ideas. It was very clear that initially they rejected, but finally they approved and called the entire Commission to approve the payment."
