    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to speak on this well done Report. It is my desire to congratulate this Committee for a job well done. This is a well-put together Report. It is a sad manifestation of the state of our nation today. This Report is a litany of lamentations of corruption carried out on a large scale in our country although in this case it happened in the amphitheatre of the Judiciary. If you look at this Report, you will wonder whether the Judiciary, being the arbitrator in matters where people are at cross purposes, looks at the law that it uses in this process. The law that is supposed to be followed by the Judiciary in the cases reported here is well stated. If an epic institution such as the JSC in this country cannot obey simple regulations of procurement, then we are in trouble."
