Chepkong’a bringing an amendment to stop any member of the LSK sitting in the JSC from practising in court, so that we can reduce the number of lawyers in the JSC. It is not just lawyers and judges who serve in the Judiciary. We should also have non- judicial staff represented in the JSC. We should review the entire composition of the JSC and the funding going to the Judiciary."
