To me, this is a very important road. I have asked a very specific question. When the Malaba border breaks downs, trucks have to stay there for a whole week. For those who are able to afford it have to drive back to Bungoma, come back to Mumias and then connect to Busia Town. This is a stretch of about 40 kilometers. What criteria do you use in prioritizing your roads?"
