    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for allowing me to contribute to this Motion, which I support. Reading through the Report, you come across certain sections that are really depressing in terms of the kind of wastage of resources. Flouting of rules, particularly procurement rules and misuse of office by officers of an institution like the Judiciary which is expected to play a very important role not just in economic development, but also in the fight against corruption and the stability of the country, is very unfortunate."
