    "content": "I know that what we are seeing in this Report is fairly similar to what we will see in other Government institutions, namely, very weak and poor procurement processes, poor controls and very weak governance structures. All these need to be strengthened. We should do whatever it takes as Parliament to ensure that the Judiciary is strengthened.
