    "content": "First and foremost, this Report is long overdue. All the over the world, people are very anxious, particularly in Western Kenya, where the sugar industry has been in a crisis for quite some time. As ably presented by the Chairman, our observations include the fact that this country has been importing a lot of sugar, which is not supposed to be on the table in Kenyan households. Some of it is industrial sugar, which is repacked, brought in and competes with table sugar."
