    "content": "As it has been alluded to by the Leader of the Majority Party, this is a requirement of the law. We need to go further and alert Members that by 27th August 2016, we must have dealt with all the constitutional Bills that the Constitution of Kenya 2010 requires us to deal with. So, it will be nice at this juncture to tell the membership of this House that very soon, we will be coming back to ask for longer and more sittings because the Bills are numerous."
