"content": "I am aware, Hon. Speaker, that eventually you will have to give him an opportunity to raise his issues, but I just wanted to comment on your ruling. I am satisfied with the way you have ruled. However, I was very keenly listening to you and the issue of the owner of that company being my personal assistant. All personal assistants are Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) staff and we have a way of establishing who is a personal assistant of a Member of Parliament and who is not. I also did my fact-finding early in the morning and I want to declare here that the director of the company in question has never been, is not and will never be my personal assistant."
