That notwithstanding I wish to, first, state that my own constituents grow sugarcane. In fact, all of them take their cane to Mumias Sugar Company. Therefore, I was really taken aback when my colleague, Hon. Washiali was throwing tantrums as if he is the only one who has farmers who grow sugarcane. I take great exception to that unbecoming conduct."
