I must say that I am absolutely disappointed with this Report because, first of all, this Report has taken for ever to come to this House. One would have expected that in the period that the Committee was taking to bring this Report here, they were doing a job that would for once provide the House and country with a template to fix what ails this key sub-sector of our economy.
