    "content": "Let me tell the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives, who is trying to interrupt my speech, that a CFS does not clear or inspect goods. Cargo is brought there and KRA does the verification. If there is anything wrong, then the whole KRA system from Mr. Njiraini to the lowest person should go home. It is not the CFS owners for that matter. Victimisation will not take this country anywhere. The only thing that will save this country is honesty and sincerity and the Government to stop doing business. If we remember very well, those who were importing sugar into this country were the ones who were funding campaigns in previous Governments. They were exempted from paying tax. This does not augur very well. Today as I speak, parents cannot afford school fees in this country."
