    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.45(2)(b), I rise to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare regarding the doping menace in Kenya. In the Statement, the chairperson should explain:- (1) The steps that the Government has taken to implement the recommendations on anti-doping that were made to governments by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) in South Africa. (2) Whether the Anti-Doping Agency in Kenya is operational, its composition and also the programmes it has put in place in the campaign on anti-doping.
