    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 36 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Board” appearing immediately after the words “approved by the” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the words “County Assembly”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “but approval by the County Industrial Development Committee of the industrial undertaking shall be mandatory” appearing immediately after the words “from its own funds”; (c) in sub-clause (4) by inserting the words “or private entity” immediately after the words “county corporation”; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes"
