    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 49 of the Bill be amended – (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause– (1) Each county government shall formulate such policies as may be necessary to promote industrialization in the respective county through public, private or public-private ventures. (b) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause– (2) Each county governor shall appoint one county public officer to serve as the industrial coordination officer who shall coordinate the industrial development activities in the respective County."
