It might not occur to you but the spark of thought that allowed you to come up with this industrious piece of legislation will be the reason why some people will become very rich and others will lose out on multi-million shilling opportunities in business. This is because business is all about people knowing it is there and, therefore, the advertisement is the reason why you will succeed or fail. I cannot speak to everything. I do not have the privilege of having the kind of time that the Senate Majority Leader has. So, I will only speak to three clauses and see how we can accommodate my thinking.
