    "content": "On the punitive measures, I do not know how we can deal with a governor whose photographs appear everywhere. I am told that the Senate gave out a decree that they should be pulled down but I am informed that they have added more. We should have a way to implement this. The Committee on Implementation should ensure that the Bills and Motions that we have passed in this House are implemented. I beg to support."
