Speaker, the Committee is also considering the Auditor-General’s Annual Report on the Appropriation of all Government Accounts for the national Government for the Financial Year 2013\\2014. The Committee is currently on the tail-end of receiving defence of audit queries from the accounting officers and will table its report by mid-March, 2016. The Committee notes with concerns the inability of some ministries, departments and Government agencies, for example, the Ministry of Devolution and Planning and the Agricultural Sector Coordination Units to provide certain documentation for verification as pointed out in the Auditor-General’s Audit Report."
