    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while in Libya as a representative of the African Union (AU) last year, I had the opportunity of visiting a number of towns and I met a number of Kenyans who said that they had gone to Libya for religious training, but they found themselves being trained as soldiers. I seek a Ministerial Statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assure this House that there are no Kenyan mercenaries in Libya. If there are any, what steps have been taken to ensure that they are returned home? Secondly, is the Ambassador and the staff of the Kenyan Mission in Libya safe and will they be returned home as soon as possible?"
