Washiali wants to delete which is Recommendation No.115. He read it clearly. Maybe somebody could read it out once again. Let me allow the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives to read out Recommendation No.115 so that the point raised by Hon. Midiwo in relation to the amendment by Hon. Washiali is captured by everybody in context."
