    "content": "From the outset, I want to say that I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives. The Members of this Committee have complained very bitterly because the Committee has been held to ransom. The issues of livestock and fisheries that we are dealing with have become an issue of the sugar industry and very specifically, Mumias Sugar Company and Dr. Kidero. It is not the first time. We were even taken to the EACC. Some of us were taken there for anti-corruption issue for the first time because of this issue."
