    "content": "If we allowed such, we would be creating a very dangerous precedent in this House because an observation is different from a finding. An observation cannot be an issue of perception. It cannot be an issue where the House makes a decision. It is an issue that is really personal to that Committee that was able to look at the demeanour of the witnesses who physically attended. So, I urge that you help this House and declare that the amendments that are being pushed by Hon. Washiali will not be allowed under Standing Order No.48."
