"content": "I also want to speak on Standing Order No.90. Hon. Washiali has said that, based on the documents that have been presented by Hon. Jakoyo, he is not in any way associated with the company that is in the Report. If you read Standing Order No.90, you will find that it is very clear that it does not require you to be a director. Standing Order No.90 says:- “(1) A Member who wishes to speak on any matter in which the Member has a personal interest shall first declare that interest. (2) Personal interests include pecuniary interest, proprietary interest, personal relationships and business relationships.”"
