    "content": "I want to reiterate that most of the people we have in jails are victims not because of what they committed, but based on their misunderstanding of how to present themselves in court and lack of knowledge that they could get support in terms of pro bono services or otherwise. The Bill now comes with a form of procedure that makes it clear that convicts can access legal aid, and can be supported to the extent that they do not accept or agree to circumstances they find themselves in, in case they fail to know what exactly goes on in court.
