It is a pity that we are importing food to feed our people when we should have established this fertilizer factory by now. We should have been able to produce our fertilizer by now. We should have been able to increase productivity and feed our nation. But as it is, we are still paying for this loan. We do not understand why or how we, as a nation, should still be paying for this KenRem Chemical and Fertilizers Limited that we have never seen or benefited from."
