    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, thank you very much for giving me the opportunity. From the onset, I support this Motion. I want to thank the hon. Member who has brought this Motion because it deals with an issue that is about to gain the infamous title of being a historical injustice, simply because we never get information on these issues. We thank God that the new Constitution in the provisions of Article 211(2) allows us now to ask the difficult questions that for long the Government has been able to use the excuse that these are issues of national security and, therefore, cannot explain, where billions of our shillings go to these companies. To me, this is really one of the beauty of this new Constitution."
